One of the mugs handles that I ordered was broken upon receipt. I was very upset and already prepping myself for the whole ordeal of "Well, contact FedEx, it's not our problem." I did not receive any of that. Louise worked with me and she was wonderful. Right off the bat she seemed to be concerned that I would just get the replacement mug in time!
