Anniversary Puzzle Keepsake

Positives: The writing on the box is nice and the package arrived earlier than expected.
Negatives: The box I received is not as described or shown in the pictures. The box I received is cherry red, not the natural wood color. It is also significantly larger than the dimensions in the description (5.87" x 5.87" x 3.75"). The box I received is 8.5” x 9” x 2.25”. The problem with the box being this large is that it looks very empty because there isn’t enough puzzle pieces to give it that “filled” look. I didn’t even attempt to put the puzzle together to see if it is even the size in the description.
It’s frustrating to receive something that is different than what is pictured or described. At this point it is too late to have the correct item sent to me. It also is showing “out of stock” now.

I loved the idea when my grandsons asked me to order it for them to give their mom for Christmas but have to say for the cost of it I am truly disappointed in the actual quality, in my opinion it’s not worth the cost

This was amazing! A gift for my MIL, we submitted a collage photo that needed to be fixed. Amy contacted me directly and made sure our photo was perfect and even sent me a final photo of how it looked. My MIL absolutely loved it. Thank you so much!!

Probably won’t buy this again.

The picture quality was printed on cheap paper using cheap ink. I’m disappointed with the quality of the box. It looks nothing like the picture.
